The Delegate Program a college level program, though there are no prerequisites to participate. We have designed it to be broadly accessible, while still retaining a high degree of technical rigor. There are some modules that are more scientifically concentrated than others, but students are able to move through the course at their own pace.
At this time we are not making any of the material available for download.
We offer a certificate of completion that you will receive once you have moved through all 6 Modules. The Delegate Program Official Badge is compatible with http://openbadges.org/. This site enables you to collect badges from different educational platforms to show your online learning achievements. However, Resonance Academy is not currently accredited and does not offer CEUs.
The Resonance Academy courses are presented in a self-study format so you can begin when you are able and move through it at your own pace, as your schedule allows.
It is difficult to offer you an estimate of how long this course will take as everyone moves through the material at a different pace, and modules have different lengths. It is reasonable to anticipate being able to complete one module each month, though Modules 3 & 4 may take longer.
You will have ongoing access to all course material. The Resonance Academy courses are offered in a self-study format so that you are able to move thru it at your own pace, as your schedule allows.
The main content of the Delegate Program is the written material, so if you have an understanding of written English or a good translation program you will be able to participate.
We are currently in the process of translating the Delegate Program into French and Spanish. Other translations such as German and Portuguese will follow.
We hope to be able to make this information globally accessible and we understand that making our course available in other languages is an important part of achieving true global impact. We will continue to work toward this goal.

I am trying to make a purchase and cannot check-out. It says my credit card charge failed, I know I have the funds what should I do?
Take a deep breath and call your bank. They will typically review transactions taking place out-of-state or internationally and it is for our own protection. Call your bank to verify you are making this purchase. Wait at least 20 minutes after the call before trying again. If the issue persists contact our Account Support.

From the next screen select Switch Subscription – you will then be prompted to select your new contribution amount and go through the check-out process. You will not be charged twice, the change will be effective at your next scheduled payment date.
